In this article, you will find all the necessary info you need to view the transaction history in your Ciontek card terminal and/or mobile phone tablet 'viva.com terminal'.
To navigate to the transaction history, follow the steps below:
Tap on the "Transactions" option at the bottom of the screen.
In the transactions screen there will be 2 options (tabs) at the top of the screen:
A. All transactions - View all transactions and apply filters
B. By Batch - View transactions by batch
A. All Transactions
List all your transactions, starting with the most recent at the top.
Use the filter button to apply a number of filters (e.g. last 4 digits of card, period, etc.) to narrow down your search, and press "Apply Filters".
B. By Batch
View transactions for this batch by pressing "View transactions", or you can select a previous batch from the list below.
At the bottom of the screen, you can locate the transactions for this batch.
Transaction Details
Upon selecting a transaction, you can view the transaction's details and proceed to a refund, print/send, or share the receipt.
