I’m trying to complete the creation of my account, but an error appears

If an error occurs during the creation of your Viva.com account, this may be related to information that has already been used in a previous registration.

Please ensure that you have not already created an account using the same Tax Identification Number, mobile number, or email address. In such cases, the system may not allow the creation of a new account.

How to proceed

If the issue persists and the account creation is not completed, you will need to speak with a member of our team. The representative will carry out the necessary checks and guide you accordingly so the process can move forward.

Error when entering password

If the error relates to the password, make sure it meets the required specifications. The password may not be accepted or may trigger an error during entry if it is not compliant with the following criteria:

  1. Has at least 6 characters: A longer password provides greater security.

  2. Contains Letters: Use Latin characters (a-z, A-Z) to increase complexity.

  3. Contains Numbers: Incorporate numbers (0-9) to make your password stronger.

  4. Contains Symbols: Add at least one of the following symbols: !, @, #, $, %, ^, * for extra security.
