The Tier Pricing model allows Viva.com terminal users to select a customized monthly pricing plan based on their expected transaction volume commitment. In general, the higher the monthly transaction volume commitment, the lower the transaction fees.
Tier Pricing Model requirements
The Tier Pricing Model is available for:
Card Present transactions
Card Not Present transactions
when payments are made using domestic consumer cards.
Important
Transactions made with other card types are processed under the default pricing model. Fees for these transactions may vary depending on:
the card scheme,
the card type,
and the payment method used.

How to select Tier Pricing Model
All users are initially assigned to the default pricing plan but can choose to switch to Tier Pricing.
Log in to your Viva.com account.
Go to Settings > Pricing.
Select Get Tailored Price.
Review the available pricing options based on your monthly transaction volume commitment.
Choose the pricing option that best suits your business needs.
