I have no longer access to my registered phone, how can I change it?

In the event that you do not have access to your registered mobile phone number, and as a consequence you cannot log in to your profile, please send us your request via E-mail, from your registered E-mail address to support@viva.com, so we can assist you in updating your number.

In your communication, please make sure to include:

  1. The old registered phone number.

  2. The new phone number that you wish to register.

  3. The reason for the change.

Our team will ensure that you are served promptly.

Note: Updating your mobile phone number will apply simultaneously to all viva.com accounts associated with your personal information.
