When will the new plans be charged?

All customers will be charged at the end of their billing period every month

Are Plans and IBAN charges combined?

Plans and IBAN charges are independent.

Can a customer have a custom plan?

Any customer can make a request for a custom plan for their business.

Will merchants have the option to upgrade or downgrade their plan?

Merchant can either upgrade or downgrade their plan. Upgrades are effective immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

If a merchant has more Terminal IDs than the Terminal IDs supported from their plan how will they be charged?

Every Terminal ID that exceeds the payment plan's original subscription quota and made at least one transaction during the charging period will be charged. You can check our pricing here.

How will the customer be charged for the plan?

The amount will be deducted from the customer's account

If a customer surpasses their free outgoing transfers will the transfers be disabled?

No, there will be a charge per transfer after the free limit based on the Transfers & Payments charging here.

Are instant transfers included in the free outgoing transfers?

Instant transfers are charged separately.

Can a merchant choose which of their outgoing transfers are free?

​Free transfers are always the first ones.

Do the applicable charges include both physical/App terminals besides websites?

The charges apply to all Terminal IDs and websites.
