Yes, you can have a fully functional Viva.com account without an IBAN designator. Your account will support outgoing bank transfers, and you can still transfer money through your accounts as normal.

The charge applies per IBAN. A merchant can have more than one IBAN associated with their account.

On 1/7/2024, customers who have not requested an IBAN will receive a notification on their account UI informing them about the deactivation of their IBANs and the possibility to activate one.

Yes, a merchant will be able to deactivate the IBAN subscription, and it will take effect at the end of the billing period.

Merchants whose accounts are based in Euro countries can make a request that will be reviewed by viva.com.
➥How can I make a request for an IBAN?
A merchant will be able to make a request from the Main page of their viva.com account. Only the admin of the account can make the request.

The reply will be visible on the notification feed of the viva.com account dashboard.

The IBAN will be charged at the end of each month. (Monthly charge: €10.00, depending on the country's currency.)
