Printing Issue - Faded Receipt

If your terminal's printer is producing receipts that are faded or barely visible, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

➡️ Check Thermal Printing Ribbon

  • Confirm Proper Placement: Check if the thermal printing ribbon is correctly installed

  • Repositioning: If the ribbon is not properly positioned, reposition it correctly. Scrape the outer edge of the ribbon with a metal object to see if the receipt darkens

  • Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists after repositioning, contact customer support for further assistance

→ For S900, S800 Terminals

  • Take a Photo: Take a photo of the receipt and send it to us via email or chat for further inspection

→ For A920, A910, A80 Terminals

  • Printing Settings:

    1. Go to the menu: System > Settings > Printer

    2. Change the print quality to high

    3. Try printing a test receipt

  • Take a Photo: If the print quality does not improve, take a photo of the receipt and send it to us via email or chat for further inspection
