How can I change the Contact Person (administrator) of my business account?

Any physical person can become Account Administrator.

For this change, you must submit a request via email to: support@viva.com from your registered email address.

Your request should include:

  1. The name and VAT number of your business.

  2. Your registration mobile phone number.

  3. The name and mobile phone number of the new administrator.

You will be informed via email the status of your request, which will be sent to your registered email address.
