Viva.com enables all its merchants, throughout Europe, to reach zero (0%) commission on sales transactions.
By using your viva.com Debit Card for corporate expenses, you will receive a credit in proportion to the commission you were charged for the settlement of your acquiring transactions. The more you use the cards, the more you benefit from the 0% commission service. The calculation is done daily.
The amount corresponding to a purchase you made with your viva.com Debit Card, is credited to your account the day after the settlement of the purchase.
What are the conditions for acquiring a 0% commission?
The following conditions must be met regarding the payments you receive:
Be made with personal cards and not business cards.
The cards used to charge transactions must be VISA/MasterCard and Maestro (including Bancontact Maestro Belgium cards).
For transactions made without the physical presence of the card, the cards must have been issued only in countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Note!
For the calculation of the cashback amount, transactions (sales and expenses) conducted from the beginning (01/01) to the end (31/12) of each respective year are taken into account.

How do I find out about refunds from 0% commission?
The cashback amounts are credited daily to your Primary account on the next day of their settlement, and you can track them in your account activity, marked "Viva Cashback". To check your transactions, click here.
I don't have a card terminal; can I take advantage of the 0% commission?
The acquisition of a terminal is not required. The 0% commission program is also offered to merchants who operate e-shops or other electronic payment solutions (Payment Notification, Quick Pay, Virtual Terminal).
