To pay a bill via your viva.com account, follow the steps below: Login to your viva.com account

Select Payments, the category of the Organisation you want and the Organisation
Fill in the code, the amount and select Continue
Enter the code that will be sent to your mobile phone and select Pay with viva.com
Each type of payment has a specific time frame within which it is executed. Once you have selected the payment order you are interested in, the corresponding time frame is displayed.
From the viva.com app
Open the viva.com app.
Tap the 3rd shuttle icon (on the bottom bar).
Select "Bill payments".
Scan the bill with the camera to automatically enter information or enter the information manually.
