How can I lock my card in case of loss or theft?

In the unlikely event your viva.com Debit Card is lost or stolen, you need immediately to proceed to its cancellation.

This can be done either by reaching out to one of our representatives or by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. From the Dashboard page, locate your card’s icon on the right hand-side and click

on Settings and Delete.

3. Choose the reason for card cancellation and Continue.

4. Authorise the card cancellation request within your viva.com Mobile app.

5. Your viva.com Debit Card has been cancelled.
