Activating your debit business card is simple and fast, allowing you to immediately start enjoying its benefits. It is carried out easily and directly through the selfcare of your account and through the Viva.com app.

Click Create or activate card
Activate an existing card
Enter the card's 16-digit number (Number is on the back of the card)
Click Activate card

Older cards have no printed number on the back. For those cards:
Click "Card doesn't have a number printed".
Complete the 10-digit activation code in the field.
The activation code of the Debit Card is stated on the back side of the envelope where the card is embossed.
Click "Activate Card"
The card is ready for use
