If a cardholder does not recognize a transaction, your business will be promptly notified via email and a message on your account, detailing the actions you need to take (submission of supporting documents, etc.). The transaction amount remains secured until the final decision. If the outcome is in your favor, the full amount is refunded without delay. (If the dispute is resolved in favor of the customer, the business incurs an additional charge of €20.)
