The above information can be found on the back of the Business Debit Card packaging.
Please note that the Business Debit Card numbers are also displayed on the back of the card.

If you no longer have the packaging of your Business Debit Card, you will need to contact a representative.
The activation process is the same for both Business and Employee cards.
Activation via Browser:
Log in to your viva.com Business Account
From the home page, under the Card image, click on the "Activate Existing Viva Card"
3. Add the 10-digit activation code.
4. Click on "Activate Card".
You must confirm the action by entering the 6-digit code (OTP) you will receive on the registration phone.
Your Business Debit Card will be activated once you have completed the above steps.

Log in to viva.com App
Swipe the card icon to the right and select "Already got a physical card? Activate it here"
Add the 10-digit activation code
Click on "Activate Card".
