For the Remote Identity Verification process, you should follow these steps:
Log in to your account and in the "Remote Identity Verification" field and click on "Continue".
You will be prompted to continue the process, using your smartphone device. The process can also be performed on a pc/laptop if no smartphone device is available.
Once you scan the QR code you will be redirected and asked to confirm your identity and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

At this point, you should present your document
In case that the document is not supported, the following message will be displayed
The next step is to take a selfie video
If the selfie, does not meet the necessary criteria, the following message will be displayed
After completing the video process, you will need to confirm your phone number
Sign the Terms and Conditions
Complete the process by entering the 6-digit code that you will receive
