Upon selecting the "Setup a device" option, you should follow the steps indicated on the screen.

Note that the pairing between viva.com terminal and the Pocket Card Terminal can be made either via Bluetooth (wirelessly) or through a USB cable.

In order to pair the Pocket Card Terminal with the viva.com terminal via Bluetooth connection, you need to follow the steps below: ​

As per guidance within the viva.com terminal, select the "Pocket Card Terminal" in the message indicated.

Turn on the Pocket Card Terminal (Press and hold the power button until the screen turns on).

Choose the correct S/N number on the list (the S/N number can be located on the lower left hand side of the bottom face of the Pocket Card Terminal).

Select "Pair" twice so as to confirm pairing request.

Press the "Connect" button (green tick) on the Pocket Card Terminal in order to confirm pairing.

2. Tap on "Bluetooth".
3. Turn on the Pocket Card Terminal (Press and hold the power button until the screen turns on).
4. Choose the correct S/N number on the list (the S/N number can be located on the lower left hand side of the bottom face of the Pocket Card Terminal).
5. Select "Pair" twice so as to confirm pairing request.
6. Press the "Connect" button (green tick) on the Pocket Card Terminal in order to confirm pairing.
7. Pairing is successful.

Tap on "USB", and link the Pocket Card Terminal and the mobile device with the USB cable.

The viva.com terminal searches for the Pocket Card Terminal, and you need to confirm that the correct serial number is indicated on the screen (the S/N number can be located on the lower left hand side of the bottom face of the Pocket Card Terminal).

2. Tap on "USB", and link the Pocket Card Terminal and the mobile device with the USB cable.
3. The viva.com terminal searches for the Pocket Card Terminal, and you need to confirm that the correct serial number is indicated on the screen (the S/N number can be located on the lower left hand side of the bottom face of the Pocket Card Terminal).
4. Pairing is successful.

If you had chosen the "Skip and setup later" option during the set up of viva.com terminal, you can easily start pairing your Pocket Card Terminal by selecting:

From the main screen of viva.com terminal on your mobile device, the "More" option.

Select "Pocket Card Terminal" and follow the pairing instructions described above.
