You can easily remove any external bank account from your Viva.com account, making it simpler to manage your accounts.
To delete a bank account from another bank, follow these steps:
Log in to your Viva.com account.
Select Beneficiaries and then click on Delete on the right.
*If you have a personal account, go to Cards and Beneficiaries→ Beneficiaries → Delete.

In the pop-up window, select Yes.
The account will then be moved to the Deleted beneficiaries list, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
If needed, you can restore the deleted account by selecting Recover, which will return the account to the main list.
