Where can I see the transactions from my sales?

Transactions - Sales

To view details of all transactions related to your sales, i.e. money you receive from your customers:

  1. Log in to your viva.com account

  2. Select "Sales" and then "Sales Transactions"

You can see your transactions and the actions corresponding to each one in detail:

Info

It is available for all types of transactions giving you more information about the transactions.

Print

Allows you to view and print the receipt of a transaction.

Cancelled

It appears in red and is available for transactions that have not yet cleared, so that you can cancel them.

Refund

It appears in green and only if a card charge has been cleared. Full or partial refund to the cardholder is possible.

Charge

Appears only on pre-approved transactions of the same business day. You can select the amount you wish to charge, less than or equal to the pre-authorization amount.

Repeat

Appears on card charges for which the cardholder has allowed recurring charges. The amount each time may be different.
