To change the trade name of your business, follow these steps:
Login to your account
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Profile"
General info will appear with your current trade name. Clicking on "Change"
Enter the new trade name and click on "Change"
The trade name will successfully change!
Company name change:
A company name can only be updated if there has been a corresponding change in the company’s articles of association. In such cases, please contact us so we can proceed with updating your details.
MCC (Merchant Category Code) change:
To request a change to your Merchant Category Code (MCC), please contact our support team. The MCC is not visible within your account, but we can provide it upon request.
