If you attempt to charge a JCB card and the transaction fails, a generic error or payment failure message may appear.

Viva.com supports JCB card transactions for all merchants, except those belonging to the categories listed below.

Please check if your business falls into one of these categories.

Direct Marketing – Inbound Teleservices Merchant

Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, Money Orders (not wire transfer) and Travellers’ Cheques

7995

Betting (including Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off-track Betting and Wagers at Race Tracks)
