I have been charged a subscription which I have canceled. What should I do?

If you have canceled a subscription but are still being charged due to a previously approved recurring charge, we recommend first contacting the merchant via email to request a refund.

If a resolution is not achieved, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support Team. We will work with you to collect the necessary transaction receipt information and proceed with the dispute process.We also recommend that you proceed with locking your card, both to prevent future charges and for security reasons.

Note: The above process does not apply to the monthly charges of viva.com subscription plans. Your plan is charged automatically based on our pricing list and appears separately in your account’s transaction history.
