Return of terminal after purchase or lease within 14 days.

Regardless of whether you had purchased or leased your card terminal, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and provided that the packaging of the equipment has not been tampered with.

Furthermore, you may request your card terminal return due to dissolution of your business. For both reasons, reach out to one of our representatives to submit your card terminal return request.

The shipping parcel as well as courier comments should include the reason "Viva POS" and all the contents of the original packaging.

Canceling or returning your order

You can cancel your order anytime unless it has already been sent for fulfillment. If you are late and you still want to cancel, feel free to refuse the delivery.

The package will be returned, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded back through the original payment method. If you paid with your card, we will refund back to your card. If you paid using your account, we will refund to your account.

You can still return a device and request a full refund if you haven’t opened the package and you ship it back no more than 14 calendar days after receiving it.

What do I need to do in the instance where the terminals return is due to the owner's death?

In the unlikely event where a customer has passed away and a terminal return is needed, you will need to reach out to one of our representatives and submit owner's death certificate.

The statement that you will submit should indicate your wish to return the terminal, as well as to deactivate the deceased's account.

Your request should also include:

  1. The name and registered phone number of the customer.

  2. The name and VAT number of the company.

  3. Your name and phone number (of the applicant).

  4. The model and serial number (SN) of the card terminal.

  5. Attached the death certificate.

Return of Terminal During Leasing Period

If you wish to return your terminal and terminate its leasing agreement, you must submit your request in writing to one of our representatives.

Order Cancellation or Return

You can cancel your order at any time, provided it has not yet been shipped. If it is too late, you can refuse the delivery.

The package will be returned, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • If you paid by card, the refund will be issued to your card.

  • If you paid via your account, the refund will be issued to your account.

You may also return a device and request a full refund if the packaging has not been opened and you return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Replacements

Many times, it takes some time until you send the device, have it inspected, and repaired.

In the meantime, you can carry on accepting payments by downloading, installing, and using our Viva.com Terminal App temporarily with any other device that is readily available.

However, if this is possible, you can contact us to find out if you are eligible for a replacement device. If yes, we will send you a replacement unit accompanied by a return coupon that you can use to return the faulty device.

Note: If the returned device has a problem not covered by the warranty, you may be charged with the repair cost. If the returned device is found without any problem, you may still be charged an inspection fee.
