In order to cancel an outgoing bank transfer order, follow the steps below:
Login to your viva.com account via a browser.
Select the Accounts option from the left-hand side menu in your viva.com account.
Click Bank Transfers
Find the bank transfer order you want to cancel in the transaction list and check the Pending Status.
Click Cancel.
Click Yes to confirm the bank transfer cancellation.
💡 Useful Information!
The bank transfer can be cancelled only during the timeframe between submitting it and being executed.
Under some circumstances we may attempt to recall it, however a successful outcome depends on the beneficiary institution’s cooperation.

A money transfer order can be canceled by the sender during the period between its submission and its completion.
