Adding Users to Your Account

In most cases, you may need other people, such as your accountant or staff members, to access your account.

You can add users to your account only through our e-banking platform. Visit Viva.com, log in to your account, and navigate to the left menu Settings → Users. You can use the New User button located in the top-right corner of the window.

Note: When creating a new user, you can restrict their permissions based on their role.


Accessing Your New Account

Once your account setup is complete, you can log in quickly and easily:

Via Self-Care Platform: To log in through the self-care platform.

Via Banking App: Download the app from Google Play or the App Store and log in from your mobile device for instant access to your account.

The Viva.com Payment Account is a digital account designed for the secure and lawful execution of transactions in accordance with the European Directive 2015/2366. Additionally, creating this account includes the creation of a payment account, which must be declared to the relevant authorities, similar to a regular bank account. For more details regarding regulatory obligations, consult your accountant.

This process usually takes only a few minutes, and you’ll soon have a fully operational account ready to accept payments. We are here to make your experience with Viva.com smooth and enjoyable!


Reports

An extensive list of reports is available, allowing you to review, monitor, and reconcile your payments and money transfers with all your other activities.

  • Sales Transactions:
    Go to Sales → Transactions. Click on the Advanced Search option in the top-right corner of your screen. Advanced Search allows for more detailed queries based on transaction types, fraudulent transactions, etc.

  • Other Reports:
    Navigate to Sales → Reports to access an extensive list of reports, including cleared transactions, monthly financial statements, invoices, card expenses, and more. You can even download CSV files to import directly into your ERP software for updates on fund transfers.
